Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders from EuroTech Electronics. By placing an order, you accept the conditions described below.

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Montreal, Quebec within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Shipping destinations and estimated delivery times

We ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Estimated times exclude customs clearance delays and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over CAD $500 (before taxes), to Canada, the United States, and international destinations.

Express and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for additional fees.

4. International orders, customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Each country has its own customs rules; please check with your local customs office before placing an order
  • We declare the actual value of the goods on customs forms, as required by law. We cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare values
  • Delivery times do not include customs clearance, which may add several days to your delivery

If a package is refused at customs or returned because of unpaid duties, the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Order tracking

A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email as soon as the package is handed to the carrier. You can track the status of your order on the carrier's website. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

6. Shipping address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@eurotechelectronics.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.

7. Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or local post office
  2. Wait 2 to 3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
  3. If still missing, contact us at info@eurotechelectronics.com — we will open an investigation with the carrier

For damaged packages:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product upon receipt
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@eurotechelectronics.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, subject to inspection

8. Delivery issues and signature requirement

For orders above CAD $500 or particularly fragile shipments, a signature may be required at delivery. The recipient is responsible for being available or arranging carrier redelivery.

9. Splitting and partial shipments

Large orders or orders containing items from multiple warehouses may be split into separate shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. No additional shipping cost applies for split shipments.

10. Returns shipping

11. EU consumer rights

For consumers residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases. Return shipping costs are described in our Refund and Return Policy. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
