Refund and Return Policy

At EuroTech Electronics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on most products. After this period, returns are no longer accepted except for defects covered under our 1-year warranty (see Section 7).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and protective films intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order number
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-built or made-to-order modules
- Products that have been installed, wired, or powered on
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents
- Final-sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout)
3. How to request a return
- Contact us first at info@eurotechelectronics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship the product back before receiving confirmation.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back at your expense, using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Include the RMA number visibly on the package.
4. Return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect items — We cover return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind / size or fitment mismatch — Customer covers return shipping.
5. Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Inspection takes up to 5 business days
- If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, model, or fitment errors within the same 30-day window. Contact us at info@eurotechelectronics.com to arrange an exchange. Shipping costs for the replacement item are the customer's responsibility unless the original error was on our side.
7. Warranty (separate from returns)
All EuroTech Electronics products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns. To file a warranty claim, contact info@eurotechelectronics.com with a description of the defect, photos or videos if applicable, and your order number.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by exposure beyond the product's rated environmental conditions
8. EU/EEA consumer rights — Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us at info@eurotechelectronics.com within 14 days of delivery
- Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
We will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
This right does not apply to custom-built products made to your specifications, or to products that have been installed.
9. Quebec Consumer Protection Act compliance
For residents of Quebec, this policy is supplemented by the rights granted under the Loi sur la protection du consommateur. In case of conflict, the provisions most favorable to the consumer apply.
10. Damaged or incorrect items received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
